I had a wonderful stay here! The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful during my entire visit. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with plenty of space and comfortable seating in the living area. The cleanliness was impressive, and the cleaning was done thoroughly every day.

My New Year stay experience was wonderful! The living area was spacious and comfortable, with beautiful decor and everything was beautifully set up. I also loved the fact that the cleaning was done so well; the room was always spick and span. Plus, the location was fantastic! It was close to everything we wanted to do, yet quiet enough to get some quality sleep.

One thing that bothered us a bit was the lack of follow through on some issues that we needed help with. The staffs were polite and promised to take care of it, but it took multiple reminders from us to get the solutions. Another thing that could have been better was the airflow in the room. One door or window didn't open and with the hot weather, it made the living area quite warm and uncomfortable. our stay was enjoyable, but the service and some issues could use some improvements.

The hotel's location is definitely a plus - it's situated in a convenient area that's close to many attractions. The living area is spacious and comfortable, and the cleaning is done well. The check-in process with the key "boy" seems to be efficient as well. While some of the staff were pleasant, the service could definitely use some improvement.

There were a few issues that detracted from the overall experience. The staff were slow to respond to requests and didn't always follow through with what they promised.

The weekend was enjoyable in many ways. Firstly the location was convenient for accessing popular attractions. the spacious and comfortable living area offered great relaxation. Lastly, the cleaning service was commendable for doing their job well.

The non-functional door/window made the living area extremely hot. Even though we asked for a fan to be delivered, we had to go to the associated hotel thrice to get a working one.

I had a great stay at this place! The location was perfect and convenient. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including ironing facilities and coffee/tea facilities. I also appreciated the dining table and washing machine, which made my stay even more comfortable.
